In fact, when you choose UNTI, you’ll receive a written confirmation of the assignment outlining the details of the assignment as well as our complete payment terms and charges. You’ll receive a written confirmation each time you use our services, so there are no surprises.
Friendly Cancellation Policy
At UNTI, we have a client-friendly cancellation policy. Unlike most companies who charge a costly cancellation fee, UNTI is proud to offer our clients free cancellation on any assignment cancelled at least 24 hours before the scheduled assignment. We understand the nature of the industry and are pleased to offer this hassle-free service to our clients. And as always, you’ll receive a written confirmation of the cancellation for your records. That’s our policy!

At UNTI, we believe in going the extra mile. That’s why 48 hours before an assignment, one of our dedicated staff will send you a confirmation to make sure the assignment is still proceeding. You’re busy, things come up, and your schedule is hectic… We get that! UNTI is dedicated to making your experience with us the most pleasant we can, so we offer this service to our clients at no additional cost.
